2016

The Goethe-Institut’s international residency programs support artists in living and working abroad. This event highlighted 50 programs and brought together institutional partners, government representatives, and Berlin’s art scene. SLANG developed the creative concept, design, and production of all visual material. We developed a modular scenography for the courtyard: a series of “islands” that showcased each residency. We also created a key visual—a whimsical structure that evokes both a house and an artist’s studio—along with the invitation and event program.
