Utopia

“89 Plakate”, an outdoor poster exhibition looking back at 1989. 32 designers were given a word and asked to create a poster. Ours was “Utopia” and we responded by saying that utopia is a path followed step by step, one transformation after another. Utopia is something you do. Some steps are small and can be achieved with simple methods, with one’s own hands. By folding this poster along the dotted lines, the existing format is altered, the sheet of paper is transformed. Exhibited at the Brno Graphic Design Biennial, 2010.
